How Do I Place An Order?

Each item has a price displayed. To purchase the item scroll towards the bottom and click on the button to add to your cart. Once you are finished shopping click on the cart to make your purchase. Please follow the prompt to enter your information and complete your purchase.

Payment and Shipping

Payments are conducted through Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted in Paypal. Orders will be processed Monday thru Friday from 9 am- 4 pm PST. Orders that are in stock will be shipped first class via U.S.P.S after cleared payment. This service is usually 3-7 days. Shipping prices will be calculated during purchase.

"Made to order items" shipping times may vary. Make sure to check if your items are made to order. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for production, and 3-7 business days shipping for your item(s) to arrive.

For all orders you will be notified when your purchase has been shipped.

This site uses the CCS security system associated with the Wix company. Any information as in name, address, phone number, and email address will be used solely for the sell of items in this website. Payment information is conducted through Paypal's and backed by their private policies. Chara's Treasure does not keep personal information. At the end of your purchase you may receive an offer to join the email list to be notified of new products, sales, specials, and so much more.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds must be conducted within 7 days of your purchase.

Any damaged item can not be refunded only exchanged for the purchased price.

Use the return request form to make the proper request
You will be given a authorization code in order to proceed. DO NOT send the item(s) without the "authorization code". The request will not be approved
Buyer pays for return shipping charges. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
All items must be in original condition and packaging for full refund.

For exchanges the item must be of equal or lesser price.

If the exchange item is priced more then the original purchase then the buyer is responsible for the price difference.
Replacement item will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the return unless otherwise stated.
